Individual customer purchases
For events where guests purchase their own coffees, a $500 minimum spend applies.
All customer purchases contribute towards this amount. If sales don't reach the minimum, the event organiser is responsible for the shortfall.

How do I get started?

OUR PROCESS IS SIMPLE
1. Tell us about your event
Fill out our enquiry form with your date, location and estimated guest numbers.
2. We'll recommend the right option
We'll help you choose a package based on your event.
3. Confirm your booking
Once the agreed payment or booking requirements have been met we’ll lock in your date.
4. We take care of the coffee
We arrive, set up and look after your guests while you enjoy your event.
Your Questions, Answered

We generally service events within approximately 1 hour of Ryde. We may be able to travel further depending on the location, with additional travel charges applying where required.

Our van requires approximately 4m x 4m of space to allow for parking, setup and safe operation.

For most events, we can operate without access to power. However, power may be required for events running for multiple hours or where more than 200 coffees are expected. We'll confirm your requirements when planning your event.

Yes. We offer a range of premium milk options, including full cream, skim, lactose-free, almond, soy and oat milk.

Absolutely. We can cater for events of more than 100 people. Depending on the number of coffees required, additional serving time may be recommended to ensure everyone can be served comfortably.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, particularly for weekends and busy event periods. Full payment is required at least 14 days before your event.

If service takes longer than expected due to our own operations, there will be no additional charge.
If you require additional coffees beyond your agreed package, these are charged at $10 per cup.
If you'd like us to continue serving beyond your agreed service time, additional time is charged at $75 per 30 minutes.

Our cancellation policy is:
More than 14 days before the event: Full refund.
7–14 days before the event: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before the event: Non-refundable, as your date has been reserved exclusively for your event and stock, staffing and scheduling commitments may already have been made.

In the event of an emergency we will check for a replacement van to cover for us and ask for your permission for them to attend. If you’re unhappy with that outcome a full refund will be issued and a sincere apology. We hope this never happens!

Unless specifically requested - Lara will attend at our own discretion. She will not attend any large private events to avoid distracting us while serving customers.
