For $495, we provide 2 hours of service, including full mobile setup, a professional barista + operator, and 40 barista-made coffees.

Our Standard Coffee Package is the perfect choice for medium-sized events and is our most popular option.
For $715, you’ll receive 2 hours of professional coffee service, full mobile setup, and 70 barista-made coffees for your guests.

Your Questions, Answered

We generally service events within approximately 1 hour of Ryde. We may be able to travel further depending on the location, with additional travel charges applying where required.

Our van requires approximately 4m x 4m of space to allow for parking, setup and safe operation.

For most events, we can operate without access to power. However, power may be required for events running for multiple hours or where more than 200 coffees are expected. We'll confirm your requirements when planning your event.

Yes. We offer a range of milk options, including full cream, skim, lactose-free, almond, soy and oat milk.

Absolutely. We can cater for events of more than 100 people. Depending on the number of coffees required, additional serving time may be recommended to ensure everyone can be served comfortably.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, particularly for weekends and busy event periods. Full payment is required at least 7 days before your event.

Yes! We'd love to be part of your special day. While we're still building our wedding experience, we would put our utmost effort into providing great coffee and friendly, professional service for you and your guests.

If service takes longer than expected due to our own operations, there will be no additional charge. If you require additional coffees beyond your agreed package, these are charged at $6 per cup.
If you'd like us to continue serving beyond your agreed service time, additional time is charged at $75 per 30 minutes.

Our cancellation policy is:
More than 14 days before the event: Full refund.
7–14 days before the event: 50% refund.
Less than 7 days before the event: Non-refundable, as your date has been reserved exclusively for your event and stock, staffing and scheduling commitments may already have been made.
